Ahead of the 2026 RBPMW exhibition Asilah Oui: Robert Blackburn in Morocco, curator Imani Congdon talks the early history of the Asilah Cultural Festival in Morocco and Bob's involvement, her own experiences traveling to Asilah, and some of the incredible people who preserve the festival's history through scholarship and artistic practice.
