LOAN AGREEMENT FORM

By completing and submitting this form you are signing the Loan Agreement as a contract between the artist and EFA Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop.


Details
• Work will only be accepted at the printshop between September 9 - 13th during workshop hours Wed - Sun 12 - 7PM. Work after September 13th will not be accepted.
• If any work requires special installation it is the artist's responsibility to ship/deliver instructions and special hardware or essye@efanyc.org
• All sales will go through the artists or their gallery with a request of 20% donation to EFA.



Submission Details:

  • Work will only be accepted dated between 2020-2025

  • Each member may submit one piece.

  • Size should not exceed 18”x24” (framed).

  • Work may be framed or unframed.

  • Unframed prints will be hung with clips.

  • Books and small-unframed prints may be shown on a table.
