JOHN ANDREWS

John Andrews studied printmaking in Salt Lake City at the University of Utah. Following the completion of his BFA, he printed as a founding member of SLC’s burgeoning print collective, Copper Palate Press, until moving to New York in 2015. John’s printmaking expertise is in letterpress, relief, and screen print.

Devraj Dakoji

Devraj Dakoji

Devraj Dakoji was born in Dharmoj, Andhra Pradesh and has exhibited in galleries and museums throughout the world. He was appointed as Chief Supervisor of Graphic Studios, Dept. of Art, Garhi, Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi in 1977 and as Commissioner and jury member of the 2nd Graphic International Print Biennial, Bharat Bhavan, Bhopal in 1991. He has been a part of the EFA RBPMW community for many years, teaching classes, organizing international portfolios and printing for Robert Blackburn while he was alive.  Devraj has also printed for many workshop artists including Lenore Lim, Denise Kasof and MF Husain.

Rie Hasegawa

Rie Hasegawa

Rie Hasegawa is an artist, freelance printer and educator. She became a member of EFA RBPMW in 2005 and has multiple years of experience printing both commercially and professionally. She is fully versed in intaglio, relief, and lithography printing. She has collaborated on editions and provided technical assistance to over 60 artists. Artist collaborators include Zarina Hashmi, Derek Fordjour, Alex Bell and Carrier Pigeon magazine.

Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop (RBPMW) is a co-operative printmaking workspace that provides professional-quality printmaking facilities to artists and printmakers of every skill level. We are committed to inspiring and fostering a racially, ethnically, and culturally diverse artistic community dedicated to the making of fine art prints in an environment that embraces technical and aesthetic exploration, innovation and collaboration.
