By completing and submitting this form you are signing the Loan Agreement as a contract between the artist and EFA Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop.
Details
• Work will only be accepted at the printshop between April 9 - 14, Tuesday through Sunday 12 - 7pm. **Do not drop off at ISC.
• Each member may submit only one piece.
• Size should not exceed 18" x 24" (including framed).
• Work may be framed or unframed. Framed work may not include glass
• Unframed prints will be hung with clips.
• Books and small-unframed prints may be shown on a table.
• If any work requires special installation it is the artist's responsibility to ship/deliver instructions and special hardware.
• EFA RBPMW will take a 20% commission on sales.
• All submissions must include an agreement loan form.
Work will not be accepted after April 14th.
Mail or drop off work at EFA RBPMW 323 West 39th Street New York, NY 10018 - with return shipping.
