Watercolor Monotype offers an innovative way to use water-based media for unique works. In mark-making, this process lies somewhere between a traditional watercolor and a lithograph. It offers the ability to layer washes, erase, hold tight line work in combination with washes, and use multiple layers of pigment without disturbing the surface of the paper.

If you have extensive experience with watercolor, this process will afford you additional skills, and newcomers will gain a higher understanding of the medium. All skill levels welcome.
